Concessions

The Manitoba Stampede & Exhibition will take place July 22 – 25, 2010. We are now accepting applications for space for both indoor and outdoor concessions/vendors. We are still in the process of solidifying our exclusivity agreements, these agreements will be finalized prior to your contract agreements being signed.

Please DO NOT send money with your application as your application is subject to approval by the Manitoba Stampede & Exhibition. You will be notified if your application has been accepted and you will receive a contract at which time your payment will be due. Please keep in mind that the EARLY BIRD deadline for applications is April 15, 2010. After April 16th, 2010 all applications will be at the 2010 prices and will be accepted on a first come first served basis.

We have included an option to advertise in our Rodeo Program this will give you additional exposure to make sure patrons stop by your booth during the event. You could use this space to offer a free gift or a discount to those who bring the program by your booth.

Once again we will be offering awards for the Best Indoor Concession and the Best Outdoor Concession!

If you have requests for a specific location we will accept them on a first come, first paid, first considered basis. We will try and accommodate your requests but there will be no guarantee you will get the spot requested.
